CEO and Managing Director
An MBA professional, initially managing the family business of Steel Rolling Mill before venturing into Ozone. Sensing an opportunity in India's construction and infrastructure sector, he established Ozone in 1999. His vision and leadership have made Ozone India's leading Architectural Hardware Solutions provider.
Ms. Vandana Aggarwal
Promoter Director at Ozone
Plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s vision with a strong focus on responsibility and innovation. She has been closely involved in the development of Ozone’s safes and locks portfolio, ensuring reliability and user trust. Through initiatives like Akshar School, she actively supports education, while championing sustainability and long-term value across Ozone’s journey.
Mr. Yatinder Pratap Singh
Director - Design & Operations
Mr. YP Singh brings over 30 years of deep expertise in the Windows & Doors Industry, with specializations in Aluminum Fenestration, PVC extrusion, and thermoforming. A pioneer in shaping uPVC and ALU solutions across India, he has been instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency in the sector. As the founder of a successful consultancy in flexible packaging, his work has focused on process automation, strategic leadership, and delivering breakthrough solutions. Now, in his role as Business Head & Director at Ozone Group, Mr. YP Singh is committed to steering sustainable growth, fostering product innovation, and leading transformative initiatives that elevate customer value and strengthen the brand’s market presence.

As President of Sales, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise with a strategic approach and unwavering dedication. Spearheads the brand’s expansion into B2C and D2C segments, strengthening its digital presence and consumer-focused portfolio. Abhishek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, and enjoys traveling to gain new perspectives.

With over 20 years of expertise in Metal Architecture, he brings a perfect blend of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability to the forefront. As Senior Vice President, he drives innovation and excellence, steering Ozone towards becoming a global leader in Architectural Hardware and Urban Street Furniture.
