Terms and Conditions
- Ozone Overseas Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “OZONE”) is announcing its customer loyalty program exclusively for its glass fabricators, contractors, carpenters, and dealers (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Influencers”) meeting a certain specified sales target.
- This Program may be called the “Ozostars/ Loyalty Program” (“Program”) and shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) contained herein below. OZONE has the final authority on the interpretation of the T&Cs, and the Influencers participating in the Program agree to be bound by the same.
- The program is available only for a limited time period. It is applicable PAN India.
- Eligible Products: The Limited-Time Program exclusively applies to the purchase and installation of Kitchen & Furniture Fittings, Glass Fittings, Door Hardware, and Smart Locks (Excluding Hotel Locks and to-be-discontinued models). Any other products not explicitly mentioned herein shall not be considered eligible for program benefits.
- The program cannot be combined with any other OZONE program or scheme.
- Individuals purchasing OZONE products directly from OZONE or distributors are not eligible for the Ozostars Loyalty Program.
- Points can only be redeemed via E-vouchers or the UPI method.
- Points must be redeemed only between the 1st and 10th of each month.
- For all influencers except dealers, up to 80% of the Total Earned Points (TEP) can be redeemed, subject to applicable tax. The remaining 20% of TEP will be transferred to the redeemable Point Balance in your account after each financial year.
- Points redeemed cannot be revoked once they have been claimed.
- If a gift is unavailable or redemption is unsuccessful, allotted points will be credited back to your account.
- If your account gets disabled, your points shall be automatically reset to zero.
- If a Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced, and OZONE will not assume any responsibility or liability for it.
- You consent to receive notifications about the program/products via Calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email and to have your profile picture used for promotion on social media platforms.
- The guarantee/warranty will be determined according to the rules of the manufacturer of the Gift Items/Gift voucher, and OZONE shall not assume any responsibility for it.
- OZONE reserves the right to change/modify/alter the program and its T&Cs, withdraw the scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period, temporarily suspend the Program for a certain period of time, and/or permanently discontinue it at any point of time as may be deemed fit at its sole discretion without any notice or liability.
- You undertake to use the Gift Voucher solely in your name and not to transfer the Voucher or the benefit thereof in favor of friends or family, or any other person, and to refrain from any unauthorized usage which might result in liability/ claims against OZONE, and if so OZONE shall have no obligation, and you will be solely responsible.
- You agree to keep the Gift Voucher strictly confidential and not to disclose or otherwise disseminate any related detail or information to any third party without our express written consent.
- If you suspect unauthorized activity, you must immediately report it to OZONE at 18002020204 by providing all details and proof of purchase, gift voucher number, and a photo ID for verification purposes. Further, OZONE reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if it deems such action necessary.
- No Influencer shall indulge in any unfair/ fraudulent means to obtain or redeem a Gift Voucher, including but not limited to providing incorrect/ fabricated information for the operation of the Influencer’s account or for availing any benefit under any scheme/offer of the Program, fraudulently obtaining or stealing a Gift Voucher or dishonestly claiming the same.
- OZONE reserves the right, at any time, to verify the credentials of the Influencer and to cancel the Gift Voucher if found purchased by unfair/ fraudulent means and/or to disqualify any claim not submitted in accordance with the T&C or if otherwise deemed fit. The funds shall be credited back to the source from where they were received.
- The Influencer shall not bring any action, claim, damages, or other proceedings against OZONE, its directors, agents, employees, licensees or assignees, the event sponsors, or any of its affiliates or associated persons in relation to the Program.
- OZONE will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Program, for loss of actual or anticipated profit, sales, savings, use, business, business opportunity or revenue.
- Any breach of T&Cs shall be a material breach, entitling OZONE to seek all remedies available under law, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, & legal costs.
- Any dispute related to Gift Vouchers must be referred to the issuing company, whose decision shall be final. OZONE will not be responsible for any liability incurred by any Influencer with respect to any aspect of the Program or for circumstances beyond its reach or control.
- To cancel any Redemption under the OZOSTARS Loyalty Program, the Customer must write to our Loyalty Customer Support Team at Loyalty@ozone-india.com or call the Helpline at 18002020204 (Mon-Sun between 09:00 am to 6:00 pm). In such a case, the redemption will be cancelled, and the points will be refunded to the Customer in their OZOSTARS Point Balance within 2-3 hours after receiving a cancellation request.
- If redemption is rejected by the company end due to any issues, your points will be credited to your point balance.
- In case of legal disputes, the courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
